Maintenance Agreements are $156.00 for up to one Furnace and one Air Conditioner; this includes up to two scheduled visits (one for your Furnace and one for your Air Conditioner) per year to provide you with a clean, efficient and well-maintained system. Maintenance Agreements for Furnace only is $84.00 with one scheduled visit. Humidifiers are cleaned at NO extra charge. Maintenance contract customers are given priority service, 10% discount on parts, labor and diagnostic charge, reduced price on filters, and emergency service 7 days a week.
